Report a problem

Open Report a problem from the main-menu Settings or the gameplay Controls menu. Describe what you expected, what happened and what you were doing immediately beforehand.

If helpful, include a screenshot or world copy using the separate attachment options. These are optional. Select Send report and keep the report ID shown afterward. An accepted status means the service accepted the submission for processing; it does not mean the developer has read it yet.

If sending fails, reconnect and retry while the report is still open. You can also save or share a report copy. Saved reports are not automatically emailed, and failed explicit submissions do not retry themselves. On iOS, recent saved report ZIPs remain available through Files after reopening the app.

Useful details

• App version and build, plus the approximate time of the problem.
• Device model and operating-system version.
• The world or map type and steps that reproduce the issue.
• For slowdowns: whether the device felt warm, was charging or used Low Power Mode.
• A report ID, screenshot or world copy, if available.

If the game crashes

Reopen it while connected to the internet. If you allowed automatic diagnostics, this lets pending crash information be sent. If the report screen is unavailable, email us. If you are using a TestFlight build, you can also send feedback through TestFlight.

Avoid uninstalling the game while troubleshooting without preserving your worlds: local saves and pending reports can be removed with the app.

Your privacy choice

Automatic diagnostics are optional. You can change the setting in Privacy & Diagnostics and still send an individual problem report when automatic collection is off. Read the privacy policy for details.
